I made a Recharge through Airtel Payment Bank on 11-Nov-2017 which failed and I got a SMS from Airtel on 12th Nov that Transaction Status will be updated by 13th Nov.
This didn’t happen.
After that I registered a complaint (No 1014163) on 17th Nov 2017 and did a follow up multiple times. I got assurance from Airtel Supervisor that amount will be refunded in 48 hrs
On 20th Nov 2017 i got a message that Airtel No (Another Airtel No) is recharged with same amount and they never took my consent.
Please let me know in case a transaction got failed. As a process the amount should be refunded or Transaction will complete even after 10 days.
