Airtel — Airtel postpaid number suspended without any reason

I am using airtel postpaid mobile number, since august 2022 and payed my all bills lately or timely with penalties now on 11 march 2023 airtel suspended my number without any reason and when i call to 198 customer care they only telling me a single reason that your amount is due thats why suspend pay the dues then it will be activate automatically. I told them before i payed every bill your company never suspended my number now my outgoing, incoming internet stopped. No work i can do nothing instead if outgoing is stopped i ll manage but incoming also stipped and the other side the listner is hearing that" the services are stopped of this customer cause of nonpayment od bill" this statement is totally making customer repotation down that is enough behaviour of recovery that is so much embarasing for customers. It is a request to airtel and our respected indian consumer court kindly help me out from this thank you
