Hi, i have been using airtel since 14 years and i appreciate the fact that i have been with airtel becox of the strong network. Since 2 years there is network problem at my home. I have raised a compliant in july 2017 and i have been following it up with airtel (National escalation team) but of no use network issue is not resolved till now. They are not giving me any deadline as to how much time do they need to solve the issue. Agents are rude whom i spoke to, i m not sure why are they not able to solve the issue.

Updated by bhumeshwar rao i first raised the complaint on July 27 and since then i have been making calls and emails to appellate.com, they just dint do anything. sent a representative at my home and did survey and found network at my home is zero (emergency calls only), U cant make a call or receive a call forget about net 3g or 4g. After finding that there is no tower which can cover my area, instead of resolving the issue they kept on saying it will take time to solve the issue how much time they want they never committed. After so much of struggle they escalated my issue tp National escalation team they are worst then nothing. One guy called me in Oct 2017 stating he will find out whats wrong with the issue and promised me that he will solve the issue and he disappeared.Big company like Airtel if they cant provide the network how r they claiming that they are the best service providers.
