Hi,
My airtel post-paid number is - [protected], i also subscribe airtel secure plan & i lodge a damage claim on[protected] & i get back the repair device on[protected].
On that day when i checked the handset i found that the speaker of the set is not working properly & i call to the customer care and tell him about the issue, he assured me that it will be re-pick up within 2 days and resolve the issue within 7 days.
After that at the 7th day one guy from your vendor company but he was unable to pick up my handset due to change my imei id, at the time i told him that in the previous claim they replace my mainboard under damage claim & they send me the replacement bill. But he denies the documents & he suggest me that he will come back for re-pickup after 2 days with supportive documents from there end.
But after that 14 days cover, i also register complain 5 times in airtel customer care & they call me several times & every time they assured me the problem will be resolved within 7 working days. But after that, no one contacts me for re-pickup.
So the gist is after repair your service is very very poor & i am totally harassed with your service & unable to use the handset.
I don't think you guys value your customer voice or problem.
Today i also think that after this complaint you guys don't take any step about that.
