I have given my Mobile as they told that this is a kind of insurance. I was under an impression that it will cover and they have collected the info and device nicely and after 15 days they returned the device stating the CLAIM HAS BEEN REJECTED WITH SOME ### EXCUSES .. THEY ONLY SEEK MONEY FOR THE SERVICE. THEY TOLD SOME MYSTERIOUS REASONS EVEN I TOLD THE REAL FACT THEY DONT ACCEPT. I WAS NOT AWARE ALL THE CUSTOMERS ARE FACING THE SAME ISSUE.. TAKING MONEY OR CHARGIN MONEY AND AT THE TIME OF CLAIM THEY TELL CLAIM REJECTED WITH SOME ### REASONS AND EXCUSES SO I AM WRITING MY EXPERIENCE WITH AIRTEL SECURE.
INTIALLY THEY ASSURED THAT ALL THE DAMAGES WILL BE COVERED.
SO I WANT TO KNOW WHAT UNDER CURCUMSTANCES THE CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
SO I AM WRITING.. I WANT SOMEONE WHO CAN ADDRESS THIS
HOPE THIS FORUM WILL ADDRESS THE CONCERNS
