Sir.my id is [protected].i have raised complaint on 29.9.20.since b001 error shown in tv.i have another connection Airtel hd connection and it was running smoothly.so weather was not problem.so i raised service request.my pin code 606001.virudhachalam, cuddalore district.tamilnadu.
Dont take it wrongly sir.but i am saying the truth.Service person have no adequate knowledge since the same person visited many times.he simply said adapter problem. And suggested to buy new adapter.but since we had second airtel connection. I used that adapter.but then also it was not working.so i said adapter was mistake.so find the problem from setop box.he said u change the setopbox by paying 200rs.they gave service setop box.there was no problem for past 1 day.but once again video signal was not proper and not able to watch tv. when i tried to use my airtel setop box from my next room. The setop box was working fine without any issues.
So unnecessarily i paid 350rs (200rs for service box and 150rs for service person visit) kindly do customer friendly service.if setopbox was issue.give me new setop box.dont give service box which was also failure move by the service persons. I request to exchange and give new setopbox.to same id.since i have recharged for 6 month plan and i have 1228rs.balance.in that id. Was this information helpful? |
