Airtel — transaction on service without permission of the consumer
I have been charge with rs 35 for some video store on transaction id s[protected] which i have not asked for. This is the second time it has happened, last time when i complaint they refunded the money, but they keep trying these stunts on regular basis. Last time the same event took place on 06 feb 2017 with transaction id[protected]. I believe this in not a matter of rs 35 with one person. This stunt is being tried with many others, assuming that for rs 35 people might ignore and a company lie airtel will fool people onlarge scale. I believe they should not take people for granted and they should be penalised for such malpractices. Was this information helpful? |
