Airtel — Airtel xstream fiber not installed even after 1 week

The engineer who was to setup airtel broadband in our home said that he can't setup due to non availability. They should have informed about this earlier before we made a payment. Daily we have to call the engineer whether he would visit us or not that day. He is so reckless about our setup and sometimes he doesn't even pick our call. We are so weary of calling the engineer.
