Hi,
My post paid number is barred already 7 days due to Airtel mistake & wrong generated bill. Those people have been telling me there is some outstanding amount of my old data card number. But long days before I had cancelled that number with the help of CC, But they didn't updated in their system so next 3 month bill generated automatically by system and now they are putting me on pressure to give that amount, which i have not used any single usage of that datas.

As I have talked with CC, then came to know that one year before I had taken a
4G data connection : [protected], which I had used only 2 months and paid the
respective plan amount 2000/rupees,
cancel the connection for the reason of
costly.
But then after also how the amount came like 4255/this
question??? (I am 100%
sure this is wrong)
If you want to check then check the bills and usage whether I was using the
data or not????
Today is the new year, till now I am a reliable customer, I am suffering behalf
of your mistake, unable to make call, how much time it will take for this
resolution, who is going to give the penalty for it????
Please do the needful accordingly through the proper check. (When I had made
call for cancellation??? Who had received the call??? Why he didn¿t update the
system???)
Which email id I had given??? If you have the bill please share with me. I want
to check the usage????? (bcs in the usage you can track whether the customer
really using the data @ that time or not?????)

First go through the mail properly and reply the mail, the mail communication started in this matter only.
If you are unable to resolve it, then handover this one to somebody else, don't reply mail blindly.
