Sir/ madam,
I have made two recharges on my mobile no.[protected] through online SBI bank on 24/02/2017 but amount was debit from my SBI account no.[protected] but no recharge of amount is credit in my mobile.
Details are given as below:-
(1) Rs 91/- on 24/02/2017 bank reference no. is [protected]IGAAVVWRS5
(2) Rs 91/- on 24/02/2017 bank reference no. [protected]UH02828787.
Kindly refund the amount of Rs 182/- as soon as possible.
