Airtel — Amount get debited but didnot get 3g data recharge benefit

Dear Team, While doing transaction, the account i chose was having insufficient balance and site gave to choose other bank account as i am having two accounts in same bank. I completed my transaction with other account, and amount Rs. 250 get debited but no recharge was successful. Request you to solve the issue. Either refund the amount or recharge accordingly. Transaction details as: Transaction description: INB[protected]/CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTION Transaction Date : 27/04/2015 Transaction Amount: INR 249 Regards. Vijay Luxmi
