On 19-nov-2017, around 12:00 a message was received on my mother's mobile phone [protected] from airtel saying that rs 99 has been deducted for classygameandvideo. My mother has not authorised any such request for such a service. When i tried to contact 121, they take you a series of options which never lead to a customer service agent. After a long series of button pushes they ask you to press 9 to speak to an agent, and when you do this you are presented the same option. When you press 9 again, you are told that your time limit is over.
First the service was not asked by the consumer.
Second there is no way of reaching them to resolve this complaint.
Please look into this and refund the amount to that phone number. If i do not get a favourable resolution to this in a reasonable, i will have to reconsider using airtel services. Was this information helpful? |
