Hi, currently living in sbarjah.i was recharging regularly to my airtel sim card.Yesterday It got disconnected suddenly.I need my sim to activate.Kindly sort the issue ASAP

    Airtel installation of pole in front of my house without permission

    Airtel team have installed a pole infront of my house without my permission. Earlier they want to put up a box in my house which i refused. I informed them clearly there should not be any activities infront of my house. When I been out-of-station. They have installed a pole. When my neighbour asked they did not give any reply.     I raised a recharge for correct mobile no. [protected] for Rs.437 on March 9, but Airtel Thanks Apphas done the recharge to a completely unknown number [protected].
    The WRR wrong reversal SMS process is not working. I need the refund or recharge to be done to correct number [protected]

    The order id is[protected] and the payment was done by Airtel Thanks App UPI payment from Standard Chartered bank account

      For any service there exist customer care number published on website to register customer voc or complaints.
      This month airtel charged me for such outgoing calls where in i raised complaint to one of the leading bank and did further follow up for the complaint. Charges rate - 2 per pulse on name of voice special number.
      How is that customer care no is special and should be charged so heavily ?
      What special service Airtel provide me with 2 Rs per pulse rate. ?

      In my opinion Airtel is just fooling customer by unnecessary charging customer for making outgoing call for raising complaint to particular bank etc.

      Airtel should stop fooling around and should revert these extra charges.

        Hi,

        I was recharging for my dad and first time I got an error message and no mail or message of deduction. So I clicked again, and received message of recharge but when I checked my balance double amount had been deducted from my account. So I tried reaching your customer care but as my mobile is JIO, I cannot connect with customer service. Please help me with this.
        Please help me, I can’t afford double recharges.

          I'm transfer the payment of 1050.00 on 12 th jan 2020 by my netbanking but this amount not credited in my airtel landline account by company then again I'm transfer same amount on 14th jan 2020 but 12th jan amount still I can't get from airtel after continue my emails then I got sms on 12th sep 2021 the amount 504.00 credited to my fixedlandline account and 550.00 credited to my fixedlandline account further details call 121 but this also false sms and still this amount also not credited in my fixedlandline account several time i attached my bank statement with screen shot of sms. But still no proper reply from company still every one says wait for five days. It's called breach of trust or fraudulent making money

            Date of disconnection, 15th Feb, 17th Feb, 23rd Feb and 8th Feb
            Airtel promises stable network is absolutely false, they refuse to give a waiver on no network connection for hours on Postpaid sim, absolute harassment experienced, multiple escalations done but no action has been taken over a month . The supervisors Aanchal Mishra, makes are false commitment that the ticket is escalated and team is working .Ideally the ticket was closed 5 days ago, on further interrogation they had just re-opened the ticket after forcing.

            I don't trust the network stability, If Airtel has no option for waver that we also cannot accept network disconnection for hours.

                Airtel is stealing my data, I've complained it at the customer care, on first instance if call a executive and a senior executive was of almost no help and told me to keep my data off. They are so unaware of the fact that messaging apps are so much necessary for business or individual purpose and it needs internet to work. I've called to complain again and did so and was said it would be taken care of, but nothing has been done. I've watched a movie on Airtel xtreme yesterday, just one movie o[censored]sual movie time span and it consumed 10 GB data and that too with degraded video quality. My 118 rs pack has only 1.7 GB data left after that, befor that a 56 gb pack went of with its 3gb without any usage. Daily data are getting over like anything. I woke up to see that there's 500 mb used up without the phone being touched during sleep at night. This is utter theft and ignorance, Airtel is stealing data, they are not looking after thefts and leakages. This network should be banned and boycotted as they pretend to be helpful and genuine to its customers which they are not.

                  Dear Sir,
                  Without any intimation and notice airtel company has fixed a pole in front of my home. I have 2 four wheelers, because of the pole i could not able to turn the vehicle not avable park in front of my home. Kindly remove the post or i will be do the same on behalf of you. since it was grounding with cement concrete pole for fencing work. once it was dry very difficult to remove. Hence remove the same on priority.

                    Wynk Premium subscription not being activated

                    I had opted for wynk premium on wynk app on 17 Feb 2022 and paid ₹399 on app and the money was debited from my account the same day( UPI Id/Bank ref No[protected]. However the wynk premium membership has not been activated till date. I had written in the greivances, but have got no response till now.                     I have balance in my account and active pack too but i couldn't send a sms to 1900 . But i can sms to another mobile numbers successfully here the problem is airtel is not permitting me to send 1900 number .
                    It's a planned scam to protect their customers and it's a fraud by cheating customers f4om porting to other network providers.

                      Airtel migrated me from copper to fiber on their own and also allotted me a new account number.
                      At the end of billing cycle they sent me an email with link to make payment for the old account. The last & final bill.
                      I clicked on the link and made the payment. I was under the impression that payment is done and everything w.r.t. old account has been settled.
                      However since my mobile number is linked with now new account, they eventually considered the payment as advance for the new account.
                      I requested them to adjust this amount for old account as it was intended for. They are not saying anything on it now.
                      They do not respond to emails. I called customer care and raised an SR. They silently closed the SR in the system without any resolution.
                      This is a classic case of lack of accountability, lack of integrity and lack of customer centricity.

                          I have done recharge of ₹455 on 15th February but the recharge was unsuccessful yet the amount was debited from my airtel payment bank account.

                          My phone no is [protected] after various complain on the helpline number the issue is not resolved.

                              I have installed a Airtel Xtream Fibre
                              It was working very good initially but now it has stopped working some Red light on Broadband is also blinking i tried to contact to the person who installed my router but they are being rude and denying to do the service

                                My Airtel prepaid is being used for last two years without any issue, even if I am in Roaming in UAE or randomly returns back to home country India. Whenever go for a vacation, I used to recharge for monthly unlimited plan like I did last time in October 2021. And while I am here in UAE, a recharge of 99 is being carried out every month in order to extend the validity. However, it is recently found that Airtel is not giving service even if my Sim has validity remaining in its current plan. I had contacted Airtel customer care when I found this “no service” issue, and they said my Sim might be damaged. It was absolutely a blunder, as I know my Sim has neither any scratches nor any defects for which I have even verified at a cellular repair shop. During my conversation with Airtel Care, they found difficult to convince (fool) me and after they did some network settings update over the air resulting my Sim got Service signal. This issue happened to my brother also. Later he was forced to take sim duplicate in India. Now, again they have put my sim to No Service. Thinking 99 plan would not be sufficient to activate Roaming, I have now recharged with 799 roaming pack, but still the service is down. This is really loot by Airtel. My sim is very important for me as I have banking transactions enabled on that.

                                  I had applied for Airtel Fiber DTH service and the sales executive committed that we have to pay refundable deposit of Rs 1500/- and whenever we return their setup box we will be refunded that 1500/- but now they are sending us bills although we are not using it due to the wrong commitment. Also they didnt told us initially that we can use only 1 service provider at a time. Now they are asking us to close all other service providers to use Airtel DTH. Hence i request you to kindly intervene and get this sorted.

                                    I made a complaint through the troll free number regarding "NO INTERNET" problem at 12:30 pm on 4/03/2022. I received a message from your end that Technician Atish Singh will visit my premises at 5:30 pm and the problem will be resolved till 6:30 pm. But no contact number was provided to me. After 6 pm I made a call on your toll free number. Your customer care executive said that your service request number has been closed. My problem was not solved but my Service request was called before being closed. I called the same person again but he did not answered my call. The assigned technician had put my number on block. But till now 5th March more than 27 hours had passed away, no one visited my home to solve my issue. I am suffering so much because of this. My business, Study everything is on hold because of your irresponsibility. The franchise holder from whom I got my connection (Mr. Sanjeev) who sits somewhere in Chetganj Varanasi, when I contacted him for the same, he did not answered me properly and said that it will take 4-5 hours more for the same. He said that because of Holika Dehen your wires might got cut. What a rubish excuse. Again today my broadband stopped working. I am fed up with this [censored]. The franchise owner is talking rudely to me.

                                    I can understand your frustration. I face the same issue, They close the service request without any resolution at all. Moreover they silently close it without informing the customer and do not take any action. I even wrote to the ceo gopal vittal firstname dot last name at the rate airtel dot com but when even he did not respond or take any action. there's nothing to expect from the lower level employees.
                                    all internet, mobile, dth service providers are birds of the same feather who flock together.
