I had recharged on the 25.02.2017. As above.
Balance is being cut from main balance wich was 298, and this is the second time this is happening.

I would like a refund. I called customer service today. I was on a 19 minute call with no resolution that I was charged for and the agent cold transfered the call to another department without any intimation.
I would be awaiting for an email and refund asap.
