Airtel — Balance deducted from main account when 3g data was still pending

Hi, I had 13mb of 3g data when I started to browse onto airtel site to make another recharge. The recharge failed but 92 rupees was deducted from my main account. Next day when I recharged for 3g that 13mb was carried forward. My 3g data validity was till 26th of April and I was doing the operation on the same day at 01:30 AM, which is well within the validity period. I called the customer care for an explanation for balance deduction but they keep saying some absurd reasons which were irrelevant. I am completely disappointed with Airtel service and I want a refund of my balance. My airtel number: [protected] regards, Saran
