Airtel — balance deduction and ads

My balance of 20+ rupees was deducted without any calls or messages just by using the internet even after having significant data balance, and also the airtel portal is translating the url and redirecting facebook and other google links to airtel page excessively blocking the website from accessing which is highly unjustifiable, i need an explanation for this thoroughly approved by the consumer court that you have the right to alter the url and show ads in an unjustifiable manner, if i the airtel support fails to answer this resonably, please deactivate my number
