Hi,
I have an Airtel Black subscription for Airtel Fibre and Airtel D2H. Due to some technical reason, there is no Signal on both the devices from Dec 28th, 2022, and I have raised the request against the same with SR # 77251997 however till date none of their technician visited to check on the issue. They are closing the ticket without visiting the site. And every month they are billing me thats not right. I cannot pay for the services that I have not rendered. My designated RM is also not responding appropriately. Need your immediate intervention to help me in getting this issue resolved.
