Airtel — bill issue - wrong charges

Dear sir,

Myself “ashwani raj” using airtel number “[protected]” since long while moving to china for a business trip i subcribed to a basic 2999 plan for 10 days, i used 1 gb of it in 5 days and disconnected it once i landed in india. Now airtel gave me a bill of 78000/- after almost 2 months, against international roaming data usage for a period of 1 hours in bangkok. I didn’t subscribe to thailand roaming. I used free wifi at the airport and now airtel people are calling in for bill payment.

I have few question, when my credit limit is 2000/-, how come airtel didn’t restrict my services? Why i have not received my alert and mail regarding the usage? Why i have been told to wait for 2 months for bill?

I am a working person with very low income i have the responsibility for my family, i am the only person working in my family. Due to this wrong bill, i m mentally disturb, i am not able to pay this wrong bill. Please get this checked.
