On 4th April, 2015, i get a notification from Airtel saying my bill amount is due for INR 6606. On subsequent calls with the recovery agent and payment of this amount, I was assured that my connection has been disconnected permanently. I was also assured that my deposit amount of INR 5000 will be repaid as within 5 - 7 working days. On 14th April, I get the bill of INR 1444 for the same connection. I have been calling Airtel but nobody seems to care except for the payment of this amount.
A. I am appalled by the fact that they did not cancel this connection.
B. I am even more shocked to see that they dont care about anything else other than their payment.
C. I want them to waiver the latest bill and refund my deposit of INR 5000.
D. I wish to see these blood sucking pirates bought down to their knees.
In the SMS which i attached clearly shows that I have asked for my security deposit back after making the last payment. This was sent to the agent who worked for airtel handling my issue. His name is Raghunandan.
