Airtel — Billing even when not using the service, I already asked for deactivation of broadband service

Landline no. [protected], billing even after asking for deativation. I asked them to deactivate the service from 10th April 15 but still they are billing me. I got shifted to Pune on 21st April 15. They kept me on safe custody free of cost & on reaching Pune I told them my address as Dhanori Pune where theirs service is not feasible.
