Airtel — breach of security and privacy

As per above refrence airtel has is breaching security of customers by providin numbers from contact list of a person and aurthorising collection team to call the persons randomly from contact lit asking them to make payment on behalf of me. They are bluntly saying that i have provided there number and asked them to my dues which is completely illegal and case of breach, i had made complain in store but they irresponsible and unattentive behaviour has led to this, if any wrong person have our database and numbers he can do anything and i would land in trouble
Is there any regulation from trai that collection team can call random people from contact list if dues uncleard or have signed any such things while taking connections if so its very sad scenario for telecommunication ministry.
