Airtel — Broad band billing issue

I have taken Rs.799 scheme during Jun 20 and it got over by Sep 04, 2020.
I got a second bill again for 3 months which i don't want as i wanted to move to 499 scheme.

So far i have contacted 5 of Airtel customer care representatives each giving various options
Option 1: Pay directly Rs.588 and scheme will be updated
Option 2: Pay outstanding Rs.1652 and then go for Rs.499 schene
Option 3: CS rep will stop auto renewal and outstanding amount will be changed accordingly then i can go for scheme change.

For the past 10 days my internet got cut 3 times that too at the middle of my office meeting.

It is clear that they dont want me to move to 499 scheme and forcing me to pay for another 3 months with 799 plan.

I have been shuttled by Airtel for the past 10 days and atleast i have raised service complaints for more than 10 times.
