Hi,
We had raised a request for broad band services with application number - [protected] for new fibernet connections. The application was requested on thursday 3rd of september 2020 and i made payment on the same day for a fibernet connection. Till now the application has not been addressed. I have visited a nearby airtel office (Uttarahalli) and have escalated this to the salesperson manager, no information has been provided on the same yet.
The sales person stopped picking up query call. Airtel nodal officer never picks up calls. All we have to do is wait for their email confirmation and again drop an email.
I was promised connection in 48 hours, its been 20 days where i am still waiting for refund. Pathetic customer serivce and i regret going to airtel as first priority now Was this information helpful? |
