I have new connection of airtel broadband first i give the installation amount 1000 by chaque after 2 month connection start on 1st August but my billing started from 31st july ND my first bill come on mail on 9th August with including charges of installation 1000 with service tax nd when I complaint there is answer given by the 121 executive no need to pay it is to b adjusted nd also 2 days extra bill also deducted from next bill but on next month bill come with previous balance including nd when i ask to 121 then they ask to mail the problem to the 121 but after mailing no solution of matter is there
