We applied for broadband connection 2 weeks ago.. A representative agent came next day and we paid him money for advance money for 3 month subscription... Till this date we didnt receive any connection.. We are calling him daily for updates of connection and everyday he repeats same dailogue "today we will fix it.. Today we will fix it...".. It been 2 weeks.. Our office works are on hold for these many day.. You can imagine how much loss it is for us.. If you can make any solution for this, kindly help us.
