Hi,
I have applied for a airtel broadband connection on 18th feb 2019. I was told by the customer executive that installation will be done on the same day (Airtel broadband connectivity is already available in my apartment complex). Since it was very urgent for me to get the internet access i agreed to apply for airtel broadband. I made the payment of rs 2400 on 18th feb 2019. Unfortunately broadband connectivity is not yet done.

Due to wrong commitment from airtel, i lost my 3 days of work, lost lot of time to follow up. I request airtel to compensate the lose i have inured due to this cheating. Even i don't know how long i have to wait. I am fine if you can refund my money and compensate my lose. Was this information helpful? |
