I booked broadband connection on 11 dec 2017 and payment made on 12 dec 2017. Even after 12 days i didn't get any connection and proper response from airtel. Called many times and they themselves don't have proper details and one will say it cancelled due to some technical issue and other say it is in process and connection will be given within 3 days. I filed request for refund and never going to airtel for any service. And migrating my number to other network as well.
Unfortunately airtel team doesn't have any coordination among them and no escalation matrix followed so far. I wasted my time and money and frustrated a lot
