Hi,
In last 20 days I have made more than a dozen calls and same number of online new airtel broadband connecation request (in Konark Exotica, Kesnand Road, Wagholi, Pune) . I was said that it would be provided in 12 hours. However, I haven't gotten any call even.
When I tried to post on the Airtel Broadband facebook page they deleted my post (4 times).
Since there are already several connection in my building also so connectivity can't be an issue.
Looks like their pre-sales, customer services, and customer grievance redressal system is very bad.
There are so many problems I am facing because of work from home and without proper internet connection. Had they told me earlier that they will not provide I would have gone to some other service provider.
Really pathetic.
