Hello Airtel Team,
I am ravi.G, have purchased a new broadband connection on 08-feb-2017 But i didn't get any response till now Even though i made a complaint for 3 times with in this period and i have Cancelled the connection through Refund in online . I didn't get any response till now Even though i made a complaint for 5 times .Also i didn't get proper response from customer care executive regarding this issue.Please refer below image and do the needful or please return my amount.
