I had applied for airtel connection few days, i gave my photo id, address proof & rs1000 (For 60mbps with wifi router) to an executive who is working with an airtel dealer (Ravi [protected]) on 6 october 2017 and they gave me a cutomer enrollment carbon copy.
After around waiting for around 10 days i called customer care and they said that my connection has been rejected due to no availability of their connect in our area.
After i call to customer care they give me a number ([protected]) for whatsapp him the documents for refund. But i not got any reply from this number.
Then i send email to some customer care representative and i have not received any mail reply from them as of yet.
