I paid my bill on 1st April and on 17April I got a message stating that my 15GB data usage is over.We are a family of 4 members and all 4 are working my data usage never comes more than 2 or 3Gb in a month and they this time they said that 15 GB got over in 15 days
I called customer care delhi to know the data usage they said that they do not have any detail and to check in website.I informed that I had submitted complaint that my online account was not activated and that complaint was registered 2 months ago.They informed site was under updation.Site has been under updation for 2 months.
This is a very bad experience from Airtel
Im happy with Airtel wifi but customer service of airtel is incompetent to answer any questions and to provide any support.
MNC level support is lacking and the data usage and consumption report is ridiculous
Will switch to tikona or vodafone
