I have been using airtel since aug 2013. Recently, i had to go abroad on a short term and i requested them to disconnect the service.
They gave me an option of taking free service for 3 months and i went with it as i never wanted to go thru the hassle of getting a new service again.
But this corporate thieves had put me on the 6 month advanced plan and sent me a bill for 4800 inr the first month itself. I had made 60+ calls to their customer service and visited their relationship centre twice to resolve the issue. Everytime, i had to start explaining from the scratch.
Atlast, i agreed to pay 1600 for the 3 months where i wouldnt have incurred any expense if they cancelled my service as i requested.
Now they are after me again for rest of 4800 eventhough i cancelled my broadband connection.
Beware of these guys.. They literally want to suck every blood in you. Was this information helpful? |
