I recharged my airtel broadband fibre with Rs 9619 for 1 year in 21st November 2021, which should be valid until 21st Nov 2022. On 26th July I planned to upgrade my plan to 200Mbps for a year so I payed Rs 9821 for benefits like Amazon prime & etc. Then later I came to know from customer care than benefits are given only within a year of connection(I didn't got those benefits in my app) so I asked him to reduce my plan back to 100Mbps. Now the validty for my plan is showing 6 Oct 2023 which is wrong. I payed 202 rupees more ( Rs[protected] my plan should be valid until end of November (more than my previous validity date 21st November). I have called 5-6 times talked to shivam, Praveen, etc this whole week but no corrective action is taken yet. Kindly increase my validity or refund my amount back i.e. Rs9821.
