Internet/ landline is down since last 25.09.10 and technician named naren (Mob [[protected]]) vinoth ([protected]), yogesh ([protected]) neither contacted me nor visited my office.
I am almost calling them daily to understand what's really wrong, but every time they will provide different eta and will assure me that they will rectify it next 5-6 working hours.
Today i called the technician but he just cut me off after listening to me.
Tired with the pathetic service of airtel i am going for disconnection. Please don't choose airtel.
Post my airtel broadband i will port my airtel number as well.
I had raised a complaint with customer care several times and escalated it but every-time get some excuse that the back-end team is working on the issue and it would be resolved in 24hrs. But the 24hr gets extended every day
I need the connection for my business and am denied the service. While taking connection i was promised that any connectivity issues would be resolved in 24hrs after the complaint is raised but in my case all the limits are crossed. Was this information helpful? |
