I have raised request for shifting my broadband cum landline connection to new address. Request no is[protected]. It was notified to me that it will be completed within 3 days and new address also checked for feasibility of this connection.
After 3 days, suddenly without notifying they disconnected this connection. When i checked via customer care no - it says this landline no doesnt exist. Then i have checked in airtel customer centre - then i came to know that they deactivated this connection without notifying to me.
I dont understand why they cancelled this connection?
Airtel customer care sent mail to seniors - then i got call for re-activation. It was mentioned it will be activated and then raise a new shifting address request which can be done in the same day.
Until now, this number is not activated.
I had taken 6 months plan (Prepaid) from which 3 month left.
