I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing issue regarding my broadband service, which has been non-functional for the past five days. Despite numerous reminders and follow-ups, there has been no effort from their side to resolve this problem.
This prolonged outage has significantly impacted my ability to work, and I have had to incur additional costs for mobile internet to meet my daily needs. This situation is highly frustrating and unacceptable, especially since I am paying for a service that I am not receiving.
I request that you take immediate action of them and need compensation. Additionally, I expect compensation for the downtime and reimbursement for the mobile internet expenses I have incurred during this period.
They just keep on rescheduling the dates and not working at all and I’ve attached the evidence
