Hello,
I have been complaining to airtel broadband service since 2 months regarding bad internet. Since a week, my modem has stopped working. I complained on 17th may and they assured me that everything will be resolved within 24 hours. After 96 hours, i called their nodal officer and he said i had 2 options, either to buy a modem outside (Which costs 1400 rs) for which they would refund 500 or that they would replace a modem within 48 hours. Who in their right mind would incur a loss of 1000 rs and take the first option?
Today after 6 days, a service engineer came and concluded modem is not working but does not have the authority to replace it. I called customer service regarding the same and he says they committed saying i would buy the modem and they would only refund 500 rs. Despite their first commitment being replacement of the modem within 24 hours.
Please sir, do the needful. I have been facing troubles since 2 months.
