My isp (Airtel) has not been providing a satisfactory customer service ever since november 2016. The frequency of disconnection in both landline and broadband service has been too high for the past year. I have to register a complaint almost every month for problems in connection or the line going totally dead. Though initially they resolve the problem within 3 days of filing a complaint regarding the same to their customer care, there is again another issue cropping up within the next three weeks. I have filed about 9-10 complaints so far with 2-3 escalations regarding this and it is really annoying on their part to not heed my complaints properly even though i pay my monthly bills on time for the past three years without any dues.
I have even checked my lines, cable and modem from my end to make sure this is something not caused from my end. These issues seem to be caused from my isp's end 100 % of the time. The broadband speeds are also not consistent and is not on par with the speeds that they advertise to the public. I feel like these connectivity issues indirectly throttle my monthly data transfer speeds.
I kindly request the authorities concerned to take note of this issue and address this grievance as soon as possible and prevent the isp (Airtel telecommunications) from falsely advertising to public when they can't even guarantee minimum a year of problem free service from their part.
For the personal annoyance caused (I. E, unable to rely on stable internet & landline connection for both my work and emergency purposes), i request my isp to provide a 100 % refund on my monthly bills at least for the past 8 months though i am their "most valued" (As quoted by their customer service executive on call) customer for over 2 years.
