Airtel — call disconnecting exactly in 30 seconds airtel

During a call exactly after 30 seconds the call gets disconnected automatically... It is really irritating. I am unable to talk to anybody. I am unable to know the cause of the problem. I don't know why it is happening. I tried to find out a solution to this problem but i could not find it. Help me out with this... It is really urgent... Please resolve this issue
