Airtel — cash back offer, not worked on my mobile number

Address: Grha lakshmi Colony,kakaguda, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500015

There is cash bank bonanza offer going on airtel mobile plan.
I used airtel payment bank, to avail that offer.

But cash back is not worked. And i am not able find terms and conditions.

I felt like i am cheated by airtel services.

And it is consuming time also to find details of that offer.
