Airtel — change mobile number in digital tv of airtel

Hello My name is Rakesh and i am customer of airtel d2h . i have complain about change my mobile number in it. i raised request to customer care of airtel round about 3 times all time airtel customer executive your mobile number now updated but still not my mobile number is change now i want to change my plan but OTP go to my older number if any buddy use my account how can i protect my account.
