Despite repeated request for last three months, no action has been taken by AIRTEL. It appears all appointments in AIRTEL has been sleeping and forcing customer to do large number of exercises like send documents, proofs and repeated requests, as well forcing to visit the AIRTEL STORE, despite having running mobile numbers for last 9 years. . It is high time for Mr Sunil Bharti Mittal, Chairman and Mr. Gopal Vittal, MD & CEO (India and South Asia) to WAKE UP FOR HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS, SINCE ONE OPTION STILL EXISTS TO PORT TO JIO.
Now a new trend of threatening calls are been received from AIRTEL OFFICE MOBILE NO -[protected] for which I will filing the complaint.
You will appreciate that due to non-response from Airtel, despite my effort of connecting with Airtel customer care and through email for last three months, I will be forced to port or close the connection. The due non-responsiveness of Airtel I had to lose my telephone bill reimbursement for last five months. If such is the experience is met to serving Army Officers.
Infact in my last three mail I had informed that there is no Airtel Store in Uttarakhand, Pithoragarh. The airtel shopkeepers in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand had refused to help on change of billing address. If such is lethargy in doing small and official requests, then god shall save this company. The damage for not changing billing address shall be claimed from Airtel through legal process.
