I am using Airtel mobile No from last so many years. It was on 28th Feb, 2017 i received SMS from company stating my post paid plan has been upgraded from My Plan family New 399 - PB to My Plan Infinity 549. I was surprised to receive this SMS as i have requested for any type of change in my plan. So i called 121 and Miss. Sushmita talk to me. She told me that a person from company sales team named Mr. Vinay Puri called me and detailed me regarding this plan and then i requested him to do the need full. But on that day or before that also i have not received any call from Mr. Vinay Puri nor i made any request for the same. Then how come he can change my mobile post piad plan. I requested Miss. Sushmita to please reverse the changes and make it the previous one only. But she refused to do so as changing plan can be done only once in a month. So it can be possible only in next billing cycle. I requetsed her to file my complain for the same to which she again refused to do so. She said she has mentioned some notes in system and the issue will be resolved within 48 to 72 Hrs. but as today is 06th of March, 2017 nothing has been done in this respect. I also requested her to give contact detail of Mr. Vinay Puri which she again let down.
So atlast i was left with no other option to register my complain with you. I want you to:
1. Reverse my Billing Plan to the previous one (As mentioned above) from last 28th Feb, 2017. As i will not pay any increase in my bill due to this change.
2. I want you to take some very strict action against Mr. Vinay Puri for doing Fraud with me. I also request you to kindly inform me what action company has taken for this.
3. If as per your company record Mr. Vinay Puri called me on that date then provide me with all the evidence for that.
I request you to please take this as a very serious matter and do the need full as early as possible.
