[Resolved] Airtel — Change of name and address on prepaid sim

I have been using my number [protected] from the time of my purchase in 2007. There was a problem with my sim because of which I had to get a new sim card, The Airtel customer service guys told me that the sim is not in my name and thus I need to file a police complaint to continue using the same number. I have done that and received a new sim. Even after going through all this hassle there is no way to change the name and address on the sim.
