Airtel — charges collected rs.125.00 lacs for activating nexgtv which was not activated

On 25.11.2017 the airtel had charged Rs.125.00 lacs for 30 days choosing NEXGTV service, which was not requested by me. Trans ID- N[protected] . It was mentioned that to deactivate call or SMS to 155223. On the same day the msg was sent for deactivation & on 27.11.17 i contacted customer care for reversing the money. They said it is not possible as the service should be stopped same day. And the same was done by me. But they are ready to reverse. Now after 1 month again for renewal they are asking to upload sufficient balance. Pl. ask the company to refund my amount Rs.125/- My. Mobile No. [protected]

Updated by Anithasivakumar They have not reversed my money. I do want to activate NEXGTV. Hence Kindly refund the money and do not enable any request which was not requested
