[Resolved] Airtel — Charging 50 Rs without telling beforehand

I faced a problem with airtel about unnecessarily money getting deducted from main balance.
I went to official website of airtel i.e. www.airtel.in

Here I saw that there is an option of downloading statement for prepaid account.
I requested for statement and I received a statement in mail and also my main balance was deducted by 50 Rs.

But important thing is airtel website never mentioned that this service is charged.

I think Airtel is minting money by HIDING such information.

No steps are taken. They resolved it saying that they were not able to reach me on my cellphone.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
