Airtel — cheating by taking money in the name of service activation

Hi,

In the month of dec2017, when i checked message i found my money of rs. 150 deducted whatsmob service, when i called the airtel customer care they said it is deducted yes but when i told them we are not aware of this then why airtel allowed to deduct money? They said they are not responsible.
If they are not responsible then why the don't stop providing service itself? When they can deduct our money without our concern.
If you are giving my money are you not responsible? I trusted you and given money to you and after giving you are saying not responsible who will accept this.
I request govt of india and take action on such act to give more confidence to country men to encourage online transaction as our prime minister moto.

Hope to get suitable support and help to resolve this kind of issue to anyone in feature.
