I had applied for three landlines along with broadband connections for my office way back in may 2017. After about 15 days time i was informed by the airtel technical team that provision of three connections is not technically feasible, however, they will provide two connections only. At this stage i requested them not to install the connections since i wanted all three numbers from the same operator. No connections were installed, however, we started getting the bill for a airtel number from jul 2017 onwards. Despite repeated requests this matter has not been sorted out, nor the deposit of rs 9406 been refunded. It appears that airtel staff has forged our signatures on the installation papers and thereby have proved that there is a connection, where none ever existed on ground.
