I heard on my mobile regarding a plan ie recharge with 399 and get 84 gb data unlimited calls for 84 days so i did a recharge after that i got 84gb for 28 days each day 3 gb this is airtel promise. So i called customer care and said i don't want this benifit either refund my money or give me benifit what i heard on ivr. They says that we can't do anything, i decided to change for other network so i did message for port i got a call from airtel stating that don't port to other we will give u the benifit what i am asking so i waited for that for 3 days and now they are telling sorry we can't do it.in this way airtel making people fool and wasting our time and money. Please do need full on my issue.
