Sub: not providing download or upload speed as per plan paid for

I have been using this broadband connection since may 2020 with plan of 40mbps. However, i have never got more than 22mbps download speed till date and the upload speed is mere 0.3 or 0.5 mbps.
This is highly pathetic. The upload speed is not in 1:8 ratio with download speed and moreover the download speed is not even close to 40mbps. But i am in plan of 40mbps.
Inspite of numerous complaints repeatedly, local service engineers raghu - prutvi - chandan get assigned and they put false / fake comments and close the complaint repeatedly.
I call the customer care to report that my issue is not resolved and they simply take up another complaint rather than resolving it which again gets closed by the local service engineers who give fake/false updates.
This is clearly fraud being committed by the airtel to its customers. Being a user since 12 yrs of various services such as tv, postpaid, broadband, i demand you provide me 40mbps at once Was this information helpful? |
